Appraisals at Vecere Jewelers are handled one of two ways:
1. An independent certified appraiser of personal property performs the appraisal. For Vecere Jewelers, we recommend the Jewelry Judge, Ralph Joseph. Ralph is a full-time, expert appraiser of personal property who can evaluate your jewelry. You may bring items to be appraised during normal store hours. One of our friendly associates will plot your diamond(s), if necessary photograph your item(s) and take down any pertinent information regarding the nature of your appraisal, e.g. insurance, estate, etc.. This service is available for a nominal fee per item.
2. For merchandise purchased at Vecere Jewelers, a store appraisal may be completed by one of our expert staff appraisers. This service is available for a nominal fee per item.
Your detailed appraisal will include two copies of a complete jewelry appraisal with a picture, accurate description and the retail replacement cost; for diamonds, a copy of the original grading report.
