Vecere Jewelers story begins in 1970, when original owners Robert Vecere, Sr. with his wife Minnie, with over 15 years of wholesale jewelery experience, opened the doors to his first store located in historic Chambersburg, NJ. Focusing on family friendliness and special attention to customer service, a virtue deeply embedded into Vecere Jewelers business philosophy, has created relationships with customers that have endured for three generations. Our attention to customer service led to the expansion and remodeling of Vecere Jewelers twice within the first 10 years.
After outgrowing the original store in 1980, and in an effort to make shopping more convenient, Vecere Jewelers moved to the Lawrence Shopping Center in nearby Lawrenceville and more than doubled the size of the showroom floor. Customers enjoyed the ease of parking as well as new and exciting jewelery designs.
Following eleven years of building relationships with customers in Lawrenceville, Vecere Jewelers began its second generation of ownership. In 1991 Bob Vecere, Jr. and his wife Linda purchased the business and began focusing on designer jewelry lines and hosting exclusive events including estate jewelery shows. A renovation in 1997 expanded the showroom to accommodate for a growing demand for branded designer jewelry. Shortly thereafter, the Lawrence Shopping Center underwent a complete redesign including an upgraded parking lot, larger sidewalks, a new façade and elegant signs paving the way for even more convenient shopping.
The new millennium continues with our constant dedication to customer service and attention to the newest jewelery designs. And now, our newest addition: Vecere Jewelers Lambertville -- a second location featuring designer branded jewelery with an appeal to the unique.
